RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Conducting Venue visits
  2. Coordinating with the vendors and internal team on pre event preparations
  3. Travel / accommodation planning and budget planning
  4. Venue Coordination
  5. Vendor coordination
  6. Logistics planning / coordination
  7. Providing regular updates to all stakeholders on the day of event
  8. Provide technical oversight on the day of event on event related activities
  9. Coordinate on post event wrap-up
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills
  • Multilingual is a bonus
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.
