RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting Venue visits
- Coordinating with the vendors and internal team on pre event preparations
- Travel / accommodation planning and budget planning
- Venue Coordination
- Vendor coordination
- Logistics planning / coordination
- Providing regular updates to all stakeholders on the day of event
- Provide technical oversight on the day of event on event related activities
- Coordinate on post event wrap-up
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Multilingual is a bonus
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.
