We are seeking a talented and proactive Managed Services Representative to deliver top-notch service to our enterprise-level customers. As a part of our dedicated team, you will take charge of projects and handle administrative tasks on the Mindtickle platform, catering to our clients' unique business needs. Be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality assurance on all deliverables.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for both client and internal team communications for high-priority projects.
  • Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and audits before project handovers to clients.
  • Constantly learn and explore the Mindtickle platform, features and functionalities to discover more streamlined task execution methods.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with clients, internal cross-team stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions to customers.
  • Develop detailed statements of work for each client's project. Document progress for the team and future reference.
  • Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and audits before project handovers to clients.
  • Innovate and create reusable templates and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of innovation to optimize work efficiency.

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

  • Have B.E or B.Tech or BCA or MCA degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Managed Services or platform administration and and QA ( e-learning )
  • Have an ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Keen attention to detail and adeptness in comprehending problem statements.
  • Have deep commitment to the accuracy of work and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Possess a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
  • Become the Mindtickle platform expert in the team to help address any queries and provide relevant recommendations to the team or customers.
  • Be adept at Content Testing, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, and Usability Testing.
  • Can exceed the quality of the project output in all parameters ensuring it particularly meets or exceeds the usability standards.
  • Have prepare test plans, write and execute test cases, and analyze final results.
  • Manage defect tracking, analyze, report, and assist in enhancements.
  • Possess expertise in testing eLearning courses developed using technologies like HTML, Storyline 2/360, , etc.
  • Be proficient in multi-device testing, eLearning compliance testing and accessibility testing.
  • Can coordinate with the development team and project leads, and estimate the time required for testing.
  • Can proactively identify problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to significant impact.
  • can provide comprehensive technical testing and proofing of all course components; ensuring readiness for the launch.
  • Have knowledge of fundamental MS Excel (Advanced Excel knowledge is a plus).
  • Are familiarity with web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) will be highly advantageous.
