Job Snapshot:
Are you passionate about the intersection of people, data, and technology? Are you excited to build a long-term career in the evolving field of People Analytics? We are looking for a curious, analytical, and driven Associate, People Analytics to join our People Success team.
This role offers an opportunity to make a sustained impact by strengthening and scaling our People Analytics function. You will play a critical role across two key areas: first, by developing deep expertise in our core HR technology stack to unlock its full potential, and second, by transforming people data into meaningful metrics and insights that inform decision-making across the organization.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of HR processes, a solid analytical mindset, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights in partnership with HR and business stakeholders.

What's in it for you?

  • System Mastery and Administration: Own deep expertise across the core HRIS and ATS, enabling confident system ownership, accurate decision-making, and effective support for business and HR stakeholders.
  • Data Integrity and Management: Ensure employee data is accurate, consistent, and trustworthy, forming a reliable foundation for reporting, analytics, and strategic people decisions.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Development: Deliver clear, insightful, and business-ready dashboards that surface key people metrics and enable leaders to monitor trends, risks, and outcomes at a glance.
  • Process Optimisation and Automation: Improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency of HR operations by reducing manual effort and enabling smoother end-to-end people processes.
  • Advanced Analytics and Insights: Generate meaningful insights in partnership with HRBPs / COEs that inform leadership decisions and influence workforce, performance, and organisational outcomes.
  • Strategic Project Support: Contribute to high-impact people initiatives by providing data-backed inputs in partnership with HR Business Partners and COEs, that support workforce planning, compensation strategy, and performance reporting.

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

  • Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated analytical skills with a capacity for critical thinking, pattern recognition, and logical problem-solving.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex, data-driven concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data Manipulation and Visualization: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required. Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, gained through academic or personal projects, is also necessary.
  • Human Resources Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle and a keen interest in applying data-driven approaches to HR processes.
  • Organizational and Proactive Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying learning opportunities and suggesting improvements.
  • Educational Background: Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to complex data analysis, visualization, or predictive analytics.
  • Experience creating dashboards or reports in an academic, professional or personal capacity.
  • Familiarity with any Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is valued.
