Job Snapshot

The Sr Analyst - GTM Strategy & Analytics will play a key role within the Revenue Operations function, helping the business make informed, data-driven decisions. This role focuses on supporting AI-first forecasting, predictive analytics, and process automation initiatives, while ensuring CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams, also will translate data into actionable insights, streamline reporting processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of GTM operations.


What’s in it for you?

    • Own detailed data-backed analytics development for recurring business needs/projects, ie, annual operating plan, business reviews, external stakeholder reviews, internal review cadences

    • Assist/Develop AI-enhanced forecasting models and pipeline health analytics under guidance from senior leadership.

    • Create visually engaging dashboards and reports for leadership review using tools like (Power BI, or Google Data Studio)

    • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports using BI tools, Salesforce, and workflow automation platforms.

    • Monitor business performance trends and highlight potential risks or opportunities to GTM stakeholders.

    • Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and ensure it is consistently trusted as the single source of truth.

    • Support automation initiatives that improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual data work.

    • Collaborate with peers to ensure GTM metrics and dashboards are aligned with business priorities.

    • Conduct periodic data hygiene audits in Salesforce and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.

    • Stay updated on emerging AI, automation, and analytics tools relevant to GTM and suggest adoption opportunities.

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Data Science, Finance, or related field from a Tier-1 / Tier-2 institution.

    • 4-6 years of professional experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B environments within Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Analytics.

    • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) and CRM platforms (Salesforce required).

    • Hands-on experience with SQL or Python/R for data querying and analysis.

    • Strong skills in Google Suite or MS Office productivity tools, especially Excel/Google Sheets.

    • Basic understanding of predictive analytics concepts and AI/ML applications in GTM environments.

    • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Salesforce, SQL, or BI tool certifications.

    • Exposure to Revenue Intelligence platforms (Clari, Gong, People.ai).

    • Background in business analysis or process automation in a SaaS context.

    • Experience supporting cross-functional GTM initiatives.

Desired Outcomes (30-60-90 Days)

    - 30 Days

    • Learn GTM systems, data sources, and reporting processes.

    • Build working relationships with GTM, Product, and Finance stakeholders.

    • Support production of recurring reports and dashboards.

    - 60 Days

    • Take ownership of selected recurring reports with minimal oversight.

    • Assist in implementing one automation or AI-based improvement in reporting.

    • Begin presenting data findings to peers and managers.

    - 90 Days

    • Independently manage reporting schedules and dashboards for assigned areas.

    • Deliver at least one fully automated reporting or data process improvement.

    • Regularly provide actionable insights that support GTM performance improvement.
