You will design, secure, and optimize our workplace tech stack, ensuring a highly resilient, modern, and automated internal IT ecosystem for all Mindtickle employees worldwide.

What's in it for you?

    • Act as the premier Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal infrastructure, handling advanced L3 escalations and complex system architectural challenges.

    • Architect, tune, and administer our core collaboration suites, including global configurations within Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

    • Own and scale our endpoint device management frameworks, serving as the technical authority for Jamf Pro (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows).

    • Design and deploy complex, automated identity provisioning and access governance integrations using enterprise tools like Okta and Entra ID.

    • Lead user lifecycle automation strategies, systematically engineering frictionless and compliant onboarding, offboarding, and role-change frameworks.

    • Partner closely with Information Security teams to enforce endpoint compliance, threat isolation, conditional access policies, and data classification.

    • Author comprehensive technical runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base frameworks to mentor and upskill junior helpdesk engineers.

    • Drive continuous process improvements and infrastructure automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) and cloud platforms.

We’d love to hear from you, if you have:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related technical discipline.

    • Experience: 4 to 8 years of progressive, deep technical experience in IT infrastructure, system engineering, and workplace operations.

    • SME MDM Capability: Subject Matter Expertise in Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and corporate device enrollment profiles. Having active Jamf certifications (200, 300, or higher) is highly preferred.

    • Productivity Suites: Master-level administrative knowledge of corporate Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.

    • Identity & Access Management: Deep technical understanding of IDaaS networks, single sign-on (SSO) integrations, SAML/OIDC protocols, and lifecycle provisioning via Okta or Azure AD.

    • OS & Scripting: Exceptional troubleshooting skills for modern macOS and Windows operating systems, paired with the ability to write scripts (Bash, PowerShell) to automate administrative toil.

    • Mindset: A proactive, consultative problem-solving attitude with the executive presence to mentor junior peers and explain intricate systems to non-technical stakeholders.
