Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bavla for a Paintshop Engineer specializing in liquid paint technique. The Paintshop Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the painting process of toys, ensuring high-quality finishes, managing paint shop operations, and maintaining equipment. Daily tasks include mixing paints, applying coatings, monitoring paint supplies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and conducting quality control checks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in liquid paint techniques and paint mixing skills
• Experience in managing paint shop operations and maintaining painting equipment
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations related to paint application
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Relevant experience in the toy or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
