Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bavla for a Junior Talent Acquisition position. The Junior Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for assisting the HR team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. Daily tasks include sourcing potential candidates through online channels, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. The role also involves coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and providing administrative support throughout the hiring process.
