The Growth Account Executive team is a critical part of our go-to-market strategy as you’ll be prospecting, developing, and closing deals with rapidly growing companies. The initial land deals in Growth set the foundation for expansion and revenue for the organization. We work extremely hard but also prioritize our fun, collaborative, and well-balanced culture. About the role

As a Growth Account Executive at Miro, you will drive Miro’s future growth engine by landing contracts with the fastest-growing technology and professional service companies in the world and helping them to understand Miro’s value proposition, leading to expanded usage. This role is your landing pad in a closing sales role where you will earn your Sales stripes - it will teach you the fundamentals of discovery, value selling, negotiation, pipeline generation, management, and forecasting. What you’ll do

  • Build upon the growth & adoption of Segment in the Growth market (1-200 employees)
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for our target customer profiles
  • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at new and existing clients
  • Run effective discovery and demonstrations, run successful trials + pilots, and lead negotiations
  • Develop outbound strategies to create+nurture opportunities and land new target accounts
  • Develop expansion opportunities from our existing customer base
  • Manage a high volume of amount deals
  • Forecast pipeline accurately and achieve quarterly quotas

What you’ll need

  • 2-3 years in a Sales environment (either in a full-cycle closing role or SDR background, ideally within SaaS)
  • Maintain a proven record of consistently hitting & exceeding quotas or working towards KPIs
  • Have excellent presence and proven ability to influence at all levels
  • Have strong curiosity and business acumen
  • Strong interest in or experience with modern sales methodologies
  • Structured thinker and communicator
  • You are an analytical problem solver who uses data to make informed decisions
  • Passionate about technology
  • Bachelor degree
