About the Role
What you’ll do
- Build, coach, and manage a team of Solutions Engineers
- Partner with the Sales Leader and other functions to accelerate sales cycles, grow deals, and align on strategy
- Manage the team to maintain hygiene health and indicators on Salesforce
- Participate in Sales QBRs
- Partner with product leadership to drive innovation bringing in field feedback
- Personally work with our largest customers (10K+ employee size) to establish executive relationships
- Participate in formulating key strategic decisions as a part of the Solutions Engineering leadership team
- Drive field prioritization and sales/product escalations
What you’ll need
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical pre-sales role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and the ability to effectively partner with sales teams.
- Technical expertise in the relevant domain, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in the APAC and ROA regions is highly desirable.
