What you’ll do
- Articulate and maintain the customer journey
- Drive alignment and visibility across stakeholders
- Ensure workstreams to improve/streamline customer journey are of highest impact and align to company OKRs
- Lead projects along customer journey that impact pipe gen, bookings, MAU, GRR (eg, expansion of big deals, expectations of field teams, instrumenting ABM strategy aligned to Key Accounts, etc)
- Identify and rally the teams around the opportunities to make the biggest impact for customers and GTM teams
What you’ll need
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy
- 2-4 years of experience working in a GTM strategy role, supporting pre-sales or post-sales teams
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to provide concise, transparent, and insightful communication to a diverse organization
- Experience designing and running company operational processes including planning
- Ability to work across global cultures and build trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Highly-proactive, extremely organized, self-starter capable of effectively managing several projects and roadmap at the same time
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas and extract the significant nuggets of information relevant to a particular audience
- Strong stakeholder management skills

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $170,000 to $212,500. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
