Role Objective |
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, getting relevant building material retailers on board, nurturing them and converting them to channel partners. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional retailing into a more efficient & technology driven. He/She should have good exp in building materials channel sales.

Role Responsibilities |
• Entrepreneurial mindset to start from scratch and leverage their experience to build sustainable business • On boarding channel partners to scale up Moglix’s business in assigned region & nurture them to increase the wallet share • Customer eccentric approach for long term relationship building • Understand the credit profile of the retailers to reduce the credit risk and nurture the retailers with good credit behaviour • To keep abreast with the category and product knowledge • Must be aware about the latest market development and work on micro market strategies to counter • Understand pricing nuances of cement and other allied products to maximize the value generation • Coordination with multiple stakeholders for timely delivery of orders & customer NPS • Follow-up with channel partners and collection executive to ensure on time payment against the credit • Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time |
