Role Objective
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to undertake Supplier development and acquiring distributorship of OEM - Add new suppliers, Negotiate with current suppliers for better margins and credit terms.
Role Responsibilities
Handle the RFQ's received from customers by ensuring best rate sourcing
Ensure all RFQs are quoted within time to customers
Ensure supplier side contracting in place to serve customer orders with minimum delay
Growing sales share in the key accounts
Identify, recruit and on-board new OEM/Distributorship/channel partners.
Manage sales activities through partners to generate revenue.
Evaluate sales performance and recommend improvements.
Educate partners about company portfolio and complimentary services offered.
Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
Stay current with latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
Assist in partner marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
Essential/ Desirable
Work Experience
4-5 years of work experience into Oil & Gas/ EPC industry in projects procurement of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation categories dealing with OEMs and Distributors
Education
B.Tech in Mechanical + MBA (Sales+Marketing)
