Role Objective

Candidate will be responsible for managing end to end marketing activities for Moglix that includes devising & implementing the overall marketing strategy, Enterprise & Product marketing including campaigns, events, collaterals & digital marketing, Corporate communication, PR, Employer branding & Industry analysis.

Key Stakeholders

Internal

With: Category, Product –Tech engineering , Sales Team. Finance, Technology & HR

Purpose: With an aim of better coordination of work and execution of requirements. For managing various stakeholders

External

With: Agencies, Google & other equivalent

Purpose: To position strong brand in the market

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of the Enterprise marketing plan that enables us to deliver on aggressive business performance goals for our B2B business and SAAS
  • Responsible for design and execution of marketing campaigns: customer segmentation; campaign planning, development and implementation; and tracking results and completing analyses to generate insigh
  • Oversee digital marketing resources: keyword selection and performance; conversion rate; landing pages; and outbound email campaigns
  • Proactively interact cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Engineering, and Tech Support
  • Corporate Communication & PR - Press announcements, Authored articles, Award entries & Industry stories
  • Write sales support materials and define content for graphic communications Enterprise Marketing
  • Developing collaterals for sales enablement – videos/case study/brochure/website changes/corporate deck
  • Emailers/Newsletters/Social media posts/Employer branding collaterals
  • Product Marketing
  • Managing events for speaking opportunity
  • Managing relationships with industry associations
  • Running Social media campaigns. Managing SEO of the website
  • Exploring brand opportunities for sponsorships
  • Employer Branding & Communication
  • Industry Analysis
