We are looking for a smart, passionate Application support Engineer who can Provide Excellent support to our applications.
Skill Set:-
1. Good Communication Skills
2. Good knowledge and understanding of Advanced Excel
3. Good knowledge and understanding of SQL/PLSQL
4. Candidate must have strong analytical ability and data reasoning skills
5. Ability to collaborate with people across teams
Job Responsibilities;
1. Can provide rigorous support to our Applications.
2. Handle and solve system issues reported by warehouse and client support
3. Giving support in creating accounts on tech products and doing necessary
configurations.
4. Raising queries and issues from different stakeholders to the tech team through
ticketing tool
5. Proper follow-up with tech team regarding all market place panel related issues
6. Collecting feedback from different stakeholders on issues and improvements of new
feature releases in WMS
7. Maintaining daily and weekly trackers of reported issues and sharing with respective
stakeholders
8. Provide resolution to support related queries in efficient and effective manner
9. Managing and helping the team to complete day to day task
10. Provide resolutions to team for different/new issues related to WMS
11. Maintain consistency and accuracy around data sets and be able to process data in
a timely manner
12. Coordinating with tech team and testing of new process flow, if required
