Role Objective: We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to own P&L for a set of accounts and/or Hunt for new accounts and lead a team of 2- 3 Operations & BD personnel.
Role Responsibilities:
• P&L - Account Management and/or Hunting - Getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts
• Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
• Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
• Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rates and ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables, and payables
Work Experience: 3-8 years of experience in Enterprise/ B2B sales, Account management, Industrial sales. Experience in FMCG/FMCD/Manufacturing/E-Commerce/Production Industries are desired.
Knowledge of/prior experience in Chennai markets and fluency in Tamil (good to have)
Education Qualification: B.tech & MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute
