Role Objective:

The candidate will be responsible for meeting the hiring needs with a key focus on Tech Hiring. He/ she shall oversee planning, developing and implementing new and productive TA strategy for the organisation.

Responsible for hiring for specific Tech roles such as Java programmers (Front-end, Back-end, Full stack), PhP developers, UI developers (Angular JS, HTML), Tech architects, Product Managers (SaaS, Enterprise, Supply chain, Online), Data Scientists, Business analysts, Software QA Engineers, Application Support Engineers, Graphic Designers, Network admin and Dev Ops Engineers.

As a team player he/she will be responsible for fueling the rapid growth of Moglix, pan India. The candidate is required to be process-oriented, data-driven and a recruiting leader who likes to dive deep to fix complex operational challenges allowing for greater scalability. He/she will manager internal stakeholders, monthly TA reviews, negotiate with candidates, prepare offers and and prioritize ones’ time in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

· Manage an efficient and highly effective recruitment process while maintaining an uncompromisingly high-quality bar

· Using smart hiring techniques like hackathons, social hiring, campus contests etc

· Possess strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

· Draw meaningful insights using market intelligence and bench-marking skills

· Independently work on critical open positions

· Develop recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, employment brand, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings

· Deal effectively and courteously with all levels of employees and management

· Take care of all aspects of full-cycle recruitment; from sourcing to managing the candidate experience to offer negotiations and closing

· Negotiate and manage multiple stakeholders and vendors

· Create policies/ JDs related to TA as and when deemed necessary

· Partner effectively with recruiting teams, HR business partners and other functional leaders

With: Management Teams/ Other functional Teams

Purpose: Discuss work-related issues, plans with all internal stakeholders

External

With:External Recruitment agencies/ consultant

Purpose: Work seamlessly with external stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:

· 4-6 years of experience in Tech hiring. Prior experience of working with start ups will be preferred

· Proven track record of influencing senior level executives on recruiting strategies

· Good communication & people management skills

· Strong knowledge, experience and hold on TA metrics, numbers, dash-boarding

· Ability to influence leaders in taking complex decisions for the organisation

· Fast learner, positive mental attitude, a change agent. Should be good at working on advance MS Excel

· Should be proficient in bulk hiring or volume hiring

· MBA/ PGDBM in HR (Full time)
