Role Objective:

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to manage Sourcing & Operations for 3-4 key accounts for Moglix. Add new suppliers, Negotiate with current suppliers for better margins and credit terms.

Role Responsibilities:

 Manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the Enterprise

 Vendor Management - identify and onboard new suppliers and vendors for various categories

 Negotiating favorable commercial terms with vendors

 Large data sets crunching abilities

 Researching and Vendor development for new categories

 Clear thought process, business acumen and must be target driven. Should help the team

achieve sales numbers and margins

 Must know basics of material management.

Key Stakeholders:

Internal

With: Sales, Account Management & Supply-chain teams. Finance, Technology & HR.

Purpose: To ensure order fulfillment & Customer NPS. For managing various stakeholders, namely vendors, customers and team members.

External

With: Suppliers/ Key Accounts

Purpose: To ensure order fulfillment

Qualification & Experience:

3+ years of experience in Souring, Vendor management, Operations esp. Indirect procurement in Industrial products or B2B space, Industry- Manufacturing and E-commerce

Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills

Excellent negotiation, communication & analytical skills. Must be a go getter.

Education: B.Tech /BBA/B.Comm

MBA- Preferred.
