The role requires a detail-oriented and organized sales professional who shall be working on acquiring customers through various channels including tele marketing and, in the process, provide excellent customer service while driving revenue growth.

Internal Stakeholders:

1. Inside Sales/KAM Teams

Sourcing, inventory availability and price competitiveness

2. Category/ Business Development Teams

Purpose

Vendor on-boarding for Online channel once product is sourced for Inside Sales

External Stakeholders:

External Vendors

Purpose:

Order fulfillment as per price and inventory, payments

Primary Responsibilities:

Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets • Customer acquisition & retention
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand database of prospects within the assigned territory
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective demos to potential MSME customers
