Designation: Assistant Manager (AM_MGL_BU_ETP_G_G1_KAM)

Position description: We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & Customer NPS.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and growing them into cash cows.
  • Persistent selling and should be able to implement Moglix concept
  • Should be able to sell the concept of the company.
  • End to end knowledge on Sales to fulfillment
  • Ensure on-time in-full fulfillment rate of 99%+
  • Assisting sales team to achieve monthly sales target
  • P&L management of accounts handled

Educational qualifications preferred

  • Category: Bachelor's Degree
  • Field specialization: Electrical and Electronics engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  • Degree: Bachelor of Technology - B.Tech + MBA (Preferred)

Required work experience

  • Industry: E-commerce, B2B Manufacturing space
  • Years of experience: 3 to 6

Required Knowledge:

  • High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
