Role Objective
The Inside Sale would be responsible for achieving the Sales & Gross Margin goals. Manage the set of customers & acquire more customers to grow revenue base. Continuous learning to attain technical competency on each category of business. Closely working with support function to provide excellent experience to customers.
Role Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Budget Achievements
Ensure Sales & Margin budget achievement on weekly & monthly basis. And work closely with assigned customers & provide best support to grow business with Digimro.
Technical Competency- Participate in all assigned training modules both at branch (classroom) & online to gain product knowledge.
Making 40-50 sales calls daily for lead generation & order booking thus converting into sales.
Communicate customers about the various marketing and promotions schemes, & new products launches.
Invite customers for various events and trainings conducted at the branch.
Increase customer base by adding new customers (System Integrators) in assigned territory.
Coordinate with respective support function to provide the necessary pre-&-post sales support to customers.
Collections
Ensure timely collection of all outstanding receivables. Help in resolving all outstanding reconciliation issues on a periodic basis.
Ensure that the credit policy is well understood by the customers.
Training & Support
Invite customers for technical training at branches.
Align with Branch technical to resolve after-sales-support / warranty issues.
Market Intelligence and Analysis
Continuously monitor developments in the market & competition activities and ensure timely communication to reporting manager & product marketing team.

Qualification & ExperienceEssential/ Desirable
Work Experiencel 4-7 years’ experience in managing B2B Channel business. Preferably from Electronics Security & Fire Industry.
l Previous experience in Channel/Distribution Management for multi- brands and display an attitude that is key to success.Essential
Knowledge/ Skillsl Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building long-lasting relationships.
l Problem-solving ability and head strong personality.Essential
