Position description: We are looking for an Application Support Engineer who can help us with Incident Management, Problem Solving on our applications efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Work with team to analyze incidents and PBIs (Problem Tickets),
2. Provide timely RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) on all incidents,
3. Support release planning,
4. Support Release Management which will include RFC (Request For Change),
5. Create weekly reports and provide analysis on incidents & PBIs,
6. Process Improvement & Documentation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) etc,
7. Assuring SLA (Service Level Agreement) adherence.
