Role Objective

Responsible for Defining QA strategy, approach and execution in development projects

Roles & Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and executing test strategies in Manual and Automation test environment.
• Develop and automate tests for validation (using Selenium)
• Execute the test cases and update test cases based on execution
• Provide test reports including defect analysis, RCA, summary reports
• Perform complete black box testing
• Test APIs using Postman and other tools
• Should be able to take part in requirement Analysis
• Test and ensure that the developed application meets architectural requirements
• Test for scalability and performance
• Create test documentation including test specifications, impact analysis
• Perform sanity, functional and performance-based testing

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have a deep understanding of software quality analysis and testing
• Must know Selenium or similar tools for automation of testing
• Excellent command in manual testing skills (design test plan and test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs)
• Experience of working in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Experience in testing large-scale or enterprise-level applications will be a huge plus
• Good in Performance testing, Load Testing, Regression testing, API Testing, Database testing etc.
