Role Objective

Program Manager will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and delivering a large end-to-end project. You will have the opportunity to engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive of and design innovative products.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will have end-to-end ownership of complex and large-scale cross-functional initiatives, including project definition, road map planning, resource planning and project execution.

You will estimate the work efforts required to deliver the projects and create a detailed plan for the team.

You will monitor the projects from initiation through delivery and interact with respective stakeholders, to drive projects as per plan.

You will identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations, resolve dependencies, and support to the teams.

You will be responsible for reporting key metrics for sprint execution, test Execution, bugs, issues, risk, etc. to the leadership/project team.

Work Experience

10+ years of industry experience in Program Management, SDLC & Agile methodology.

Knowledge and experience in planning and execution of projects from the initial level.

Expert in using project management tools like Jira/Rally.

Strong customer interfacing and conflict resolution skills

Good understanding of technology and latest industry trends

Graduate degree in Engineering from tier 1/2 institutes
