Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Sort Center Operations, based in Medchal, TG. The individual in this role will oversee daily sort center activities, including inbound and outbound operations, sorting, staging, and dispatch to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Responsibilities include managing shift plans, monitoring productivity and service-level adherence, and implementing standard operating procedures to maintain safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

The role also involves analyzing performance data, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting capacity planning during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sort center, warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations with responsibility for day-to-day floor management and shift supervision.
• Strong skills in manpower planning, team supervision, and on-ground staff coaching, with the ability to foster a safe, disciplined, and inclusive work environment.
• Ability to track and improve key operational metrics using data and basic analytical tools (Excel, dashboards, or similar).
• Exposure to process standardization, continuous improvement, and implementation of SOPs, preferably in high-volume or e-commerce logistics environments..
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business.
• Ability to work in shift-based schedules, handle peak-season pressure, and take ownership in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
