We founded the company as a fully-remote team (pre Covid!) and are open to applicants that live within a 5 hour time zone difference of US Pacific Time.

About the Role

We're seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Growth who is curious, creative, and metric-driven. This is an opportunity to be part of an early-stage startup, where you'll be involved in a variety of campaigns and programs. You'll have the chance to oversee agencies, manage paid advertising, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, referral programs, affiliate programs, partnerships, AB testing, growth hacking, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness.

  • Oversee and optimize the performance of marketing agencies and external partners.

  • Manage and execute campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and social media.

  • Lead referral and affiliate programs to leverage partnerships for growth.

  • Conduct AB testing and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion.

  • Explore and implement new growth hacking strategies to unlock growth potential.
