Key Responsibilities:

● Operational Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to

develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, enhance

scalability, and support business growth objectives.

● Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop

strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity while

maintaining high-quality standards.

● Risk Management and Compliance: Oversee regulatory compliance efforts,

ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement

risk management protocols to mitigate operational risks and maintain a robust

control environment.

● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a

culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Provide guidance

and support to team members to achieve individual and collective goals.

● Account Management: Manage relationships with different accounts, negotiating

contracts, onboarding, and ensuring service level agreements are met. Evaluate

account performance and make recommendations for account growth.

● Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights into

operational performance metrics, KPIs, and trends. Prepare regular reports and

presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommending

actionable insights.

● Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as

product development, technology, finance, and customer support to drive

cross-functional initiatives, resolve operational issues, and support the successful

delivery of products and services.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a

related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, Six Sigma)

are a plus.

● 3 to 6 years of experience in operations management within the fintech or allied

industry, with a strong understanding of fintech products, services, and regulatory

requirements.

● Proven track record of successfully leading operational initiatives, improving

processes, and driving efficiency gains.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools

and techniques like Tableau, MS Suite, etc.

● Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance, able to maintain accuracy

while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience with project management methodologies and tools is an added

advantage.
