Location: Bangalore

  • Ensure the technological governance, risk, and compliance strategies and frameworks support strategic objectives while meeting Moneyview audit, legal and risk obligations.
  • Lead the development of cyber security strategies that enables stronger resilience to cyber security threats, ensuring that appropriate security technologies, architectures, policies, and compliance frameworks are in place to protect the organization's systems and information.
  • Ensure the cyber security risk, audit, and compliance strategy is aligned with business objectives and is delivering measurable and appropriate value to all lines of business in Moneyview within a known and acceptable level of risk.
  • Coordinate staff training and certifications.
  • Oversee complex and escalated incident investigations and risk assessments of new and existing services and technologies to enable informed risk management decisions and ensure identified risks and incidents are managed appropriately and minimize the impact on business continuity and organization reputation.
  • Foster an emphasis on accountability for performance and outcomes that enable and optimize agile, evidence-based solutions through critical analysis and collaboration across divisions within Moneyview.
  • Lead the transformation of the technology department’s culture and capability in relation to cyber security with technical, legal, and policy complexities, and divergent views amongst critical stakeholders.
  • Determining the strategic plans and approaches in prioritizing major programs, projects, and initiatives with the view of continuous improvement while demonstrating sound time, people, financial and risk management.
  • Preferable experience in implementing ISO27001 or PCI DSS certifications.
  • Understand regulatory requirements and act as a representative of the organization at external events while ensuring such requirements are also technologically implemented in terms of automation.
  • Must be familiar with RBI guidelines in financial services.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to coordinate and collaborate with other teams.
  • Should have cloud expertise and related cloud security measures to be able to anticipate hacks/attacks.
  • Should understand financial services and establish a system more secure than banks, thereby protecting data and systems without making the processes burdensome.
  • Understand the set of certifications for compliance that is demanded by the regulated entities that Moneyview partners with.
  • Should be futuristic. Should be able to guide the teams and be able to influence the tech team with regard to compliance and security.
  • Pre-existing relationships with regulators will be a plus.
  • Understand tools like VAPT and IPX that can assess the existing security framework.
  • Should have exposure to any of the cloud infrastructure and cloud security.
  • Must have worked in the Banking domain dealing with RBI.
  • Must have 12-19 years of hands-on experience.
  • Good to have startup experience and a Fintech/BFSI background.
