The Team: Consumer Insights

Consumer Insights vertical is within the larger Marketing team of Moneyview. The team works on getting a deeper understanding of the consumer across various dimensions. This is done through various Consumer Research projects such as large-scale quantitative surveys, focus group discussions, depth interviews, and observational studies. The understanding gained through such studies is then used to help the Product, Marketing and Design teams in the development and execution of the various product/ website changes and marketing initiatives.

Position Overview: Sr. Associate – Consumer Insights

We are seeking a self-driven individual to join the Consumer Insights Team in Bangalore (hybrid model) as a researcher (position of Sr. Associate). The candidate should have a keen interest in marketing, understanding human behavior & psychology. This position requires an analytical mindset, excellent communication and oratory skills, ability to take ownership and responsibility, keenness to learn, think out of the box, excellent customer engagement ability, and strong listening, observation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

● Managing juniors/ agencies, assigning work and setting deadlines for various stages of project delivery

● Must be proficient in advanced excel and making PowerPoint presentations

● Must be able to understand the problem statements and prepare briefs and design questionnaires

● Must possess excellent conversation and moderation skills

● Must possess ability to validate if data collected is of the highest standards

● Consolidation of information into actionable items and datasheet

● Analyzing the data and transforming it into a story which is easy to understand for everyone

● Should be able to manage time well and meet deadlines

An Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following

● 2-3 years of prior experience in a market research agency or in an Insights team

● Must like conversing with consumers and have the ability to easily build rapport with consumers

● Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills are essential for this role

● Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences

● Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills

● Ensure accountability and highest transparency in work
