We're looking for a Social Media Lead, who can spearhead the SM content development along with agency partners/production house and monitor impact. The ideal candidate should be a storyteller, with passion for social media content.


● Develop engaging and shareable content, adhering to brand guidelines.

● Cultivate positive relationships with followers and address inquiries promptly.

● Agency management, feedback & handling.

● Support the execution of campaigns, collaborating with the team to ensure timely delivery.

● Create monthly reports across platforms & provide insights for continuous improvement.

● Assist in monitoring social media metrics and analytics to assess campaign performance.

● Stay updated on the latest features and algorithms of social media platforms.

● Implement best practices for each platform to maximise visibility and engagement.

● Schedule and publish content across social media channels using appropriate tools.

● Ensure consistent posting schedules and adherence to content calendars.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and PR, to align social media efforts with overall strategies.

● Research industry trends, competitor activities, content and engagement strategies.

● Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and legal requirements.

Required Skills

● Min. 5 years of hands-on experience in driving social media/digital content across ecomm/BFSI/or other consumer-centric brands

Expertise in creating YouTube content

● Understanding of the Youtube platform, reporting, and best practices.

● Needs to take end-to-end ownership from strategy to execution to reporting.

● Experience and expertise in creating content from scratch.

● Deep understanding of video planning & production.

● Source for influencers, hosts

● Agency management

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to develop marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights

● Social savvy and passion for social and digital media

● Good knowledge of marketing analytics, automation, and content creation tools. Should be updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

● Ability to analyze and present social performance
