Job Title: Business Finance – R&R Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Overview: As a R&R Manager at Moneyview, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the Company's revenue streams. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, collaborating with business departments and business partners to drive growth and maximize profitability.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the FinTech industry. Responsibilities:
  • Analyze revenue trends, performance metrics, and key financial indicators to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop forecasts and projections to support revenue planning and decision-making processes.
  • Prepare regular reports, trackers and presentations for senior management, highlighting revenue trends, insights, and recommendations.
  • Provide revenue insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making and operational planning.
  • Analyse the data and apply the commercials of the partner on such data to perform monthly MIS for reporting and also close invoicing on a monthly basis.
  • Manage a team of 5 and work closely with the partners in order to get the invoicing done on timely basis. Track the receivables and manage the DSO’s.
  • Closing of monthly books of accounts for items
  • Closing of monthly books of accounts for items related to revenue and receivables by conducting periodic review of the GL’s
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve revenue performance and mitigate risks.
  • Manage internal / external stakeholders including internal, external & other audits.
  • Collaborate with product development, tech teams to align finance requirements.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track revenue performance and effectiveness of revenue initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified CA with 4-6 years’ experience in revenue management, financial analysis,or related roles within the fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
