We provide loans in partnership with NBFCs and Banks. Money view is also a founding member of DLAI - Digital Lenders Association of India - a widely recognized body for Fintech companies in India.

What you will do:

  • Build, plan and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across performance and SEO channels.
  • Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Work closely with other pods & departments, such as product, tech, data and creative teams, to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively, and forecasting future spending based on campaign goals and expected return on investment (ROI).
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology providers to ensure effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate digital marketing performance, key findings, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, overseeing their work, providing guidance, and ensuring projects are executed effectively and on time.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to stay ahead of the competition and suggest innovative strategies.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, managing performance, SEO and creative teams, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Experienced in recruiting, developing, and managing a team of digital marketers.
  • In depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including paid advertising channels, affiliate and programmatic, search engine optimization (SEO) and analytics.
  • Experience working with digital agencies
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient in using tools like Appsflyer, mFilterit and other marketing analytics platforms & tools.
  • Strong leadership & management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
