The company plans to expand into other financial products like Digital Savings A/c, Investments, Credit report, BNPL, Insurance, and provide a full-suite of financial products.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, launch, test, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Facebook Ads (mandatory) and Google ads (good to have)
  • Own and drive the KPIs and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly goals on performance channels.
  • Generate insights and reports from ad platforms and utilize them to optimize the campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Present the KPIs to stakeholders and managers on a timely basis.
  • Work closely with internal/external teams for creative strategy, designs, delivery, copywriting, and delivery of performance creative assets.
  • Work with internal teams for market insights, data analysis, product-related updates, and risk metrics.
  • Own creative experiments, generate insights, and present them to relevant stakeholders. Document the learnings and pass them on to the other teams for future use.
  • Minimum requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience working with a digital marketing agency for multiple clients or with an app-based company.
    • Exceptional strategic and operational expertise with performance channels Facebook Ads (mandatory) and Google Ads (good to have)
    • Strong understanding of the Facebook Ads platform, App Campaigns, audience research, in-app events, optimizations, pixels, automated app campaigns etc.
    • Experience working on Facebook Ads Manager is mandatory.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to write and optimize ad content
    • Ability to execute experiments and A/B tests
    • Should be comfortable with numbers, analysis, and reporting.
    • Analytical and experimental mindset towards performance management.
    • Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices.
    • Comfortable with start-up environment and hustle culture.
    • Should be self driven with an ability to own the internal projects/tasks independently and prioritize the impact and urgency.
