We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Governance , Risk and Compliance Lead to join our team. The Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead will be instrumental in safeguarding Moneyview's information systems and assets by establishing and maintaining a robust governance framework, effectively managing risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This critical role will involve conducting periodic reviews, overseeing compliance findings, driving continuous improvement in our information security GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) program, interfacing audits and documenting processes to enhance the overall program maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments of new and existing services and technologies to inform risk management decisions and minimize business impact.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks to protect our organization's assets and reputation. Maintain an Up To date risk register.
• Compliance Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards and Moneyview's information security framework.
• Compliance Management: Maintain an up to date compliance calendar , track compliance activities and ensure effective documentations to support compliance.
• Audit and Reporting: Plan, execute, and document audits, ensuring that findings are tracked and addressed by relevant teams. Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management.
• Process Development: Constantly improve and maintain information security processes, procedures, and policies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Awareness Training: Coordinate training programs with the L & D team to educate employees, contractors, and system users about information security best practices and their responsibilities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, relevant contracts, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines, such as RBI regulations.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage audits, coordinate compliance efforts, and address security concerns.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure that our technological governance, risk, and compliance frameworks support strategic objectives and meet audit, legal, and risk obligations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in information security risk and compliance management in a fast paced organization.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 implementation , internal audit and maintenance projects.
• Strong understanding or experience in PCI DSS, SOC2 standards
• Good to have working experience in a RBI , NPCI or SEBI regulated organization
• Strong understanding of Information security operational processes and technologies.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CISSP or ISO 27000 lead implementer/auditor (preferred).
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred, particularly fintech, is a plus.
