Job Description:

We are looking for a Compliance Officer with expertise in SEBI LODR compliances for equity-listed companies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory filings, and liaison with stock exchanges & regulatory bodies

Experience :- 6 to 8 Years

Work Location :- Bangalore

• SEBI LODR compliances of equity listed company
• Liaison with NSE/BSE/NSDL/SEBI/MCA and filing of various periodic returns with exchanges and SEBI.
• Compliances under Companies Act, 2013 for equity listed company.
• Handling of Board meetings, committee meetings, preparation of agenda, minutes and other secretarial documents for equity listed company.
• Dematerialisation of securities, depository compliances like creation of ISIN, corporate action execution etc.
