Job Description

Key Purpose of the Role:

The primary responsibility is to drive cross-sell of financial products such as credit cards to customers viathe Moneyview platform. This includes leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve cross-sell targets and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve cross-sell targets for financial products.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and implement measures to improve team performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance product penetration and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on financial products, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches. Skills and Qualifications:  Strong understanding of financial services products in a retail context.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in financial products.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of sales associates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
