What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of work experience in a product management role.
- Experience in building product flows for onboarding users on digital Credit Card products.
- Experience with product-led journeys for improving Credit Card application and onboarding funnels.
- Nice to have: Experience working with banks providing digital credit card journeys, and the eligibility/underwriting processes followed by them.
- In-depth understanding of Credit Cards, and the Indian Credit Card landscape.
- Good track record in designing product solutions to solve business problems. Obsessed with providing the highest quality product and experience to the customer.
- Ability to create a strategic product roadmap to achieve business objectives and get buy-ins from senior stakeholders. Effectively use 80/20 to identify projects/initiatives with biggest impact.
- Experience in working with Engineering to drive the product roadmap. Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks with engineering through multiple product release cycles.
- Strong analytical and business skills and ability to use data and metrics for decision making.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of new products or services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the requirements are constantly changing.
As a Product Manager you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of your product area, it’s business impact and Indian Credit ecosystem.
- Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors related to Credit Cards.
- Use data, metrics and qualitative customer inputs to define the product roadmap for the short, medium and long term.
- Own the product/business metrics for features & product releases.
- Create quality PRDs, work and with Engineering and UI/UX team to deliver product releases with top notch app experiences.
- Constantly analyse the product performance against ROI, KPIs, and other metrics to improve performance.
- Analyze user data and conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize the UPI product experience.
- Collaborate with different teams and senior leadership to drive the product agenda.
