Qualification- CA with 1-3 yrs of post qualification experience.

1. Well versed with IndAS and Financial reporting Framework applicable to NBFCs (i.e., Division III of Schedule III of Companies Act 2013).
2. To have prior work exposure on reconciliations and accounting/financial reporting relating to loans and advances.
3. To have prior work exposure on MIS reporting relating to DA and securitisation transactions or/and Liquidity Coverage Ratio monitoring and workings.
4. Have basic experience in RBI returns filing.
5. Previous work experience with Small Finance Banks or middle layer consumer based NBFCs like NBFC MFIs, P2P, ICC.
6. Hands on experience with Power BI or other analytical tools.

Additional work experience or skillset (good to have but not mandatory)-

1. SQL or Tableau
2. Experience with Power BI or other analytical tools.
