Experience: 5 – 8 yrs

What we are looking for:

• Lead Business Analysts/Risk Analysts preferably from financial services and retail banks.
• Experience in digital collections strategy.
• Strong background in business analysis (consumer/business strategy, financial products, pricing, etc.) with very strong data analysis (SQL, Excel, etc,) experience.
• Strong understanding of how to structure analysis and to solve real world business problems.
• Experience in leading a team and aligning team strategies towards overall business goals.
• Ability to identify key drivers of business and create KPIs for the same.
• Can design A/B experiments, do sample sizing for effective reads.
• Power user of Excel, strong understanding of SQL.
• Hands on experience in R or Python, added advantage.
• Has ability to understand major levers and effectively prioritise.
