We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Risk and Analytics to join our team with an experience of 4-7 Years.

Candidates should have deep expertise in SQL querying, strong programming knowledge in R or Python, and a preference for experience in collections strategy.

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with the Product team to define, track, and monitor key metrics and set up dashboards.

• Analyze business problems using strong data analysis skills (SQL, Excel, etc.) and design solutions for real-world business challenges.

• Identify key business drivers, create KPIs, and structure A/B tests to validate hypotheses.

• Diagnose issues impacting product performance and suggest actionable improvements.

• Combine business insights with data analysis to recommend strategies for enhancing KPIs and overall business outcomes.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Risk Analyst, preferably within financial services, large banks, or MNCs.

• Expertise in SQL querying and advanced Excel usage.

• Hands-on experience with R or Python programming (mandatory).

• Solid understanding of business strategy, financial products, and pricing.

• Proven ability to structure analyses and solve real-world business problems.

• Ability to define KPIs and set up relevant tracking mechanisms.

• Experience in collection strategy is preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
