Role: customer success:
• Manage the implementation process, and deliver a timely launch with clients (corporates / employers).
• Sending out communication plans to our clients for distribution via email, social media and other digital media.
• Actively take on process improvement projects to ensure effective client (employer) and customer (employee) on-boarding.
• Proactively manage client relations and share valuable data insight to build client conviction in Jify.
• Building a strong understanding of the customer cohorts at the clients sites.
• Delivering demos at events/exhibitions/client offices/webinars to our clients and customers (Employees)
• Assisting with performance tracking and reporting for our clients.
• Escalating any issues/risks to management/ product teams.
• Proactively re-solving client/customer concerns and feeding into product enhancements.
• Support product teams to seek employee feedback from time to time.
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems.
Successful applicants:
• 5+ years in account / client management in a b2b business/ dept of a financial institution/fintech/Saas company (Desirable) You've got experience in a customer / sales support role at a bank/fintech/nbfc.
• (Desirable) You've got a related degree in Business Commerce or Management.
