Role: Inside Sales Manager:
- Generating leads for the sales team through a combination of tools such as Linkedin, phone calls, emails etc.
- Responsible for ensuring that qualified meetings and calls are scheduled for the sales team regularly. Must be in close coordination with the sales team at all times.
- Understanding the pain points of a customer and establishing the need for the product
- Following up swiftly on all inbound sales enquiries and ensuring all relevant information is passed on in a timely manner.
- Ensuring regular follow ups via phone and email on potential leads in order to generate meetings.
- Assist the sales team with post sales follow ups.
- Conducting regular market research in order to identify new leads and potential customers.
- Attending industry events in order to generate new business leads. Liaising with the event organisers and marketing teams to ensure that attendee lists are received in time.
- Nurturing prospective clients through the sales journey, and helping the sales team convert them to Jify clients.
- Cross-collaboration with marketing and client operations team on lead generation activities
- Achieving monthly and quarterly targets and maintaining regular MIS for the purpose of reviews.
- Brand ambassador for Jify by sharing your passion and knowledge with customers, contacts and prospects.
What you need:
- Should have 3yrs+ experience in generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
- Should have minimum 1 year experience in outbound Enterprise tele calling.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
