About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven iOS Campaigns Manager with proven experience in scaling
iOS apps across paid channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of SKAdNetwork
(SKAN), iOS attribution models, and creative strategies, along with the analytical skills to turn
campaign data into actionable growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns for iOS apps across Meta,
Google App Campaigns, and Apple Search Ads (ASA) and other self serve
platforms.
● Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, leveraging SKAN data and postbacks for
accurate measurement and attribution.
● Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
based on insights and market trends.
● Build and execute data-driven user acquisition strategies to hit growth and retention
KPIs.
● Analyze performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, CAC, etc.) and provide actionable insights for
continuous optimization.
● Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and emerging
trends in iOS app marketing.
● Implement and test audience segmentation, bidding strategies, experiments, custom
product pages (CPP) and value-based optimisation.
Requirements
● 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing iOS performance campaigns across
Google, Meta, and ASA.
● Strong knowledge of SKAdNetwork, privacy thresholds, conversion value mapping, and
iOS attribution challenges.
● Proficiency in campaign setup, optimisation, and scaling strategies for iOS apps.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and make data-
backed decisions.
● Good understanding of creative strategy, ad formats, and audience psychology.
● Experience with mobile MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.) and app analytics
tools.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, product, and
design teams.
● Good understanding of conversion events, firebase, MMP events.
Good to have
● Experience with influencer or organic growth strategies for iOS apps.
● Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks for creatives and campaign experiments.
● Understanding of customer persona, sentiments for Tier I, II and III in India.
