Experience - 3 to 5 Years

Location - Bengaluru

Requirements:

● Work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role.

● Power user of Excel, good knowledge of SQL (Working knowledge of R or Python, added

advantage).

● Strong understanding of how to structure analyses to solve real-world business problems.

● Ability to understand product ecosystems, user behaviors, and market trends.

● Ability to identify key metrics and create KPIs for the same.

● Ability to structure and analyze A/B tests.

● Self-motivated with excellent communication, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.

● Relevant experience in managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns (e.g.,

Google Ads, Meta Ads) for a D2C business.

● Exposure in BFSI/Fintech would be an advantage.
