Relationship Manager -Collections

Experience - 3-5years

Responsibilities:

*Growing Collection Agency relationship positively.

*Manage existing Collection partnerships for Moneyview and act as the single point of contact for these agencies.

*Support acquiring of new collection partnerships for Moneyview

*Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day to day operating relationships for the partners.

*Responsible for ensuring stability, growth and performance improvement of partnerships

*Manage weekly / monthly governance with the partners and any other regulatory or

business reporting.

*Coordinate any technology enhancement projects with the agencies and internal

stakeholders from time to time.

*Strategic partnership integration, execution of technical enhancements and automations via

API integration.

*Creating and implementing various product and process SOPs with internal as well as

external stakeholders.

*Maintaining strong emphasis on adherence to quality and policy norms to ensure

compliance while implementing partnership integration and technical enhancements.

Required Skills:

*3 to 5 years work experience

*Experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech preferred.

*Proficient with Microsoft Tools including Power Point Presentation, Excel & Word

*Attention to detail, ability to interpret data / reports, methodical approach to work while also

seeking to understand the big picture.

*Knowledge of SQL scripts will be an advantage.

*Understanding of API Integration (Json / XML / Postman / Jira / Confluence) will be an

added advantage.
