Consumer Insights vertical is within the larger Marketing team of Moneyview. The team works on getting a deeper understanding of the consumer across various dimensions. This is done through various Consumer Research projects such as large-scale quantitative surveys, focus group discussions, depth interviews, and observational studies. The understanding gained through such studies is then used to help the Product, Marketing and Design teams in the development and execution of the various product/ website changes and marketing initiatives.
Position Overview: Associate/Sr. Associate – Consumer Insights (L1 / L2)
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Associate to join our Consumer Insights team. You will work closely with data, transforming raw information into actionable insights that help shape business decisions. This is a hands-on role covering the entire research cycle—from designing questionnaires to delivering final presentations.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze raw consumer data and translate it into meaningful, actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed research questionnaires and discussion guides tailored to project objectives.
• Manage end-to-end research projects, including design, data collection oversight, analysis, and reporting.
• Create and deliver clear, engaging presentations to internal stakeholders.
• Write SQL queries, use Python and Power BI to process and analyze large datasets.
• Use Excel for data cleaning, modeling, and visualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the voice of the consumer informs strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Usage/ Knowledge of AI tools
• Hands-on experience preparing research questionnaires and discussion guides.
• Ability to manage the complete research lifecycle independently.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior and research methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Interest in learning about market research and consumer insights.
