JD | Legal Team | Product Advisory and Commercial Contracts| Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Advising the business teams on applicable legal and regulatory framework for Moneyview’s existing and new products; regulatory environments relevant to the BFSI sector including on data protection, privacy and information security
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts with business partners (sourcing contracts, marketing contracts, payment support services contracts)
• Drafting and updating the standard form contracts entered into with customers and policies of Moneyview (terms and conditions, privacy policy, general terms of use and other specific terms of use)
• Advising on other general corporate commercial matters for the Moneyview Group
• Management of internal stakeholders and negotiating with external stakeholders; liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisors and outside counsel to manage multiple projects

Qualifications:

• Law degree from a recognised, well-ranked university.
• Between 6-8 years of relevant PQE.
• Experience in legal drafting, research, and negotiation of commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with an ability to work and take considered decisions.
• Ability to function autonomously; and to communicate laterally and upwardly with ease.
• Experience working with the fintech practice at a corporate law firm and / or as in-house counsel in a fintech is preferred.
