Curiosity to leverage LLMs and generative AI in building next-gen lending experiences

As a Product Manager you will:

● Develop a deep understanding of your product area — lending flows, credit lifecycle, underwriting logic, and the broader Indian lending ecosystem — and translate that into impactful product decisions

● Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.

● Use data, metrics and qualitative customer inputs to define the product roadmap for the short, medium and long term.

● Own the product/business metrics for features & product releases

● Create quality PRDs, work and with Engineering and UI/UX team to deliver product releases with top notch app experiences.

● Constantly analyse the product performance against ROI, KPIs, and other metrics to improve performance.

● Work hands-on with large datasets using SQL, Python, and BigQuery to analyze user behavior, monitor product health, run experiments, and generate actionable insights.

● Collaborate with different teams and senior leadership to drive the product agenda.

● Ensure all product features and flows adhere to applicable regulatory frameworks — RBI digital lending guidelines, Fair Practices Code, KYC/AML norms, and DPDPA. Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to proactively identify and mitigate regulatory risks before they become blockers.

● Manage and govern access to sensitive customer data (PII, financial records, bureau data) with strong data stewardship practices. Drive privacy-by-design principles across product development.

● Partner with data science and ML teams to ideate, prioritize, and ship AI-native lending features — such as intelligent credit decisioning, personalized offer engines, risk-based pricing, and AI-powered customer servicing — with a keen understanding of model inputs, outputs, and product trade-offs.
