About the Role
We’re looking for a high-impact Product Manager to join Axon in Beijing.
In this role, you’ll:

Build the next generation of advertising and e-commerce products that go head-to-head with industry titans.

Work directly with top-tier engineers to turn ideas into products that ship fast and scale globally.

See your work show up in billions of ad impressions—and in the company’s revenue.
You won’t be a tiny cog in a giant machine. You’ll have real ownership, real responsibility, and real visibility. The features you design and the decisions you make will directly shape how Axon competes and wins.
What You’ll Do

Own product features end-to-end for our ad and mediation products: define the problem, shape the solution, align stakeholders, launch, and iterate.

Design powerful tools and workflows with engineering, design, and business teams so advertisers and internal teams can do more with less effort.

Use data, experiments, and user feedback to prioritize boldly, validate ideas, and double down on what works.

Scan the AdTech landscape and turn market and tech trends into concrete product bets that keep us ahead.

Tell the story clearly—write sharp specs, explain trade-offs, and keep everyone aligned on why we’re building what we’re building.
Who You Are

Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Degree in a quantitative or technical field preferred (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics).

Some experience (including internships) with software products in technical or product-centric roles; AdTech understanding is a plus but not a must.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you’re comfortable making decisions with data as well as uncertainty and owning the outcome.

Highly organized and execution-driven—you can scope, plan, and drive projects with multiple stakeholders.

Self-starter who likes figuring things out from 0→1 and isn’t afraid to get hands-dirty with details.

Excellent communicator and teammate, able to work across engineering, commercial, and other functions.

Energized by a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.

Bonus: experience with UI/UX/design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and a good product sense.
