We are looking for a hybrid builder—someone who thinks like a Product Manager, executes like a Lifecycle Marketer, and cares deeply about Customer Success. As a founding member of our Scaled Enterprise CS team, you will design the digital infrastructure that guides our €20k–50k ARR customers to value. You won't be managing a traditional 1:1 book of business. Instead, you will take ownership of building the automated journeys, in-app experiences, and data-driven playbooks that allow us to deliver a premium, tailored experience to hundreds of Enterprise accounts simultaneously.
What you'll do
Define the digital journey. Map the lifecycle stages for Scaled customers, instrument the signals that mark each transition, and decide what "activated," "expanding," and "at risk" actually mean in n8n usage data.
Ship lifecycle programs. In-app nudges, email sequences, automated playbooks in Vitally, webinars, community programs, churn-save plays. You'll ship a new program every 2–4 weeks and measure every one.
Live in the data. Analyze complex platform usage data (e.g., execution volume, workflow complexity, error rates) to find correlations between user behavior and long-term retention. Translate these data insights into actionable health scores and automated triggers within our systems.
Assist with designing the Customer Hub: Help build a centralized success center that houses all resources in one place. You will help us design to incorporate key data points, personalized product insights, an AI CSM, and support ticketing, ensuring the scaled team can push customers to a hub that has full capability to action items.
Operationalize in Vitally + Salesforce + Hex. Work on health scores, segment plays, expansion triggers, renewal motions, churn signals
Partner with Product. Work directly with PMs on activation surfaces, onboarding flows, and in-product messaging. Bring qualitative and quantitative customer signal back into the roadmap.
Eat your own dogfood. Build your lifecycle automations in n8n wherever it makes sense. You'll find product gaps faster than anyone, and your work doubles as a reference customer story.
REQUIREMENTS
💼 Relevant Background: 3–5+ years as a high-performing individual contributor in Digital/Tech-Touch Customer Success, Product-Led Growth (PLG), Lifecycle Marketing, or Product Operations within a B2B SaaS/developer-tools environment.
✍️ The "Marketer" Skillset: Excellent technical copywriting skills. You know how to write emails and in-app messages that highly technical users (developers, engineers, ops leaders) will actually read and respect.
🛠️ The "Product" Skillset: Experience collaborating with product teams to build in-app guidance, tooltips, or AI-assistants.
📊 The "Data" Skillset: Strong analytical mindset. You are comfortable diving into product analytics and CRM/CS platforms to build cohorts, track funnel drop-offs, and trigger automated workflows.
⚙️ Systems-thinking mindset: You are an autonomous executor. You don't want to solve a customer's problem manually every time; you want to build the automated system that solves it for the next 100 customers.

📈 Direct experience with Hex or Metabase
💻 Background in a technical or developer-facing product
