About Nabhdrishti Aerospace

Nabhdrishti Aerospace is a deep-tech aerospace company developing indigenous micro gas turbine engines and propulsion systems for aviation and defence applications. We are building complex, high-performance products from the ground up, with a mission to create globally competitive aerospace propulsion technology from India.

As we move from product development and testing toward commercialization, industrialization, and scaling our product line, we are looking for a high-ownership individual and a team-player to work across some of the company’s most important priorities.

Job Role

The Control Systems Engineer will be responsible for system-level development and integration of control systems involving embedded hardware, firmware and associated sensors, actuators and interfaces.

The candidate should have a strong control-systems background together with practical experience in embedded systems development, hardware-software integration and system-level troubleshooting. Experience in automotive, aerospace, mechatronics or related control applications is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate control-system architectures involving embedded controllers, sensors and actuators.

  • Translate system-level control requirements into hardware, firmware and software requirements.

  • Support development, integration and testing of embedded control systems.

  • Work on hardware-software/firmware integration and system bring-up.

  • Work on facility development for HIL simulation.

  • Define and review interfaces between controllers, sensors, actuators and other system elements.

  • Support integration, testing, debugging and troubleshooting of control algorithms on embedded platforms including SIL, PIL and HIL.

  • Participate in system architecture, interface definition and technical design reviews.

  • Work closely with mechanical, hydraulic, electronics, firmware and control engineers.

  • Support prototype development, laboratory testing and system integration activities.

  • Prepare system-level technical documentation, interface specifications and test reports.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong fundamentals in embedded control systems engineering with a focus on real time systems.

  • Experience in automotive, aerospace, mechatronics, mechanical systems or related control-system development.

  • Understanding of embedded hardware and firmware architecture, integration and system bring up.

  • Understanding of sensors, actuators and controller interfaces.

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues across system hardware, firmware and control functions.

  • Experience in system-level testing and validation of control systems.

Good to Have
